2025 was a year of purposeful evolution for Lighthouse, strengthening the platform for scale, reliability, and real world execution in complex distribution environments. This newsletter captures the highlights that mattered most, what changed, why it matters in 2026 and where to go deeper.
As we begin 2026, it's worth pausing to reflect on the year that's been, not as a look back at milestones alone, but as a view into how we continue to build, iterate, and innovate.
Throughout 2025, our focus remained consistent, strengthening Lighthouse as an intelligent execution platform that supports daily decision making across complex distribution environments built to be scalable, resilient, adaptable, and grounded in real-world execution.
Over the past year, we saw a growing base of CPG brands place their trust in Lighthouse as a long-term partner for improving sales and distribution execution. We continue to partner closely with customers to mature the platform alongside their needs and contribute on a sustained basis to growth, efficiency, and on-ground effectiveness across high complexity markets.
I also had the opportunity to share our perspective more broadly. On AWS's Executive Insights podcast alongside Arvind Mathur (AWS Executive in Residence), we discussed how AI is reshaping consumer goods execution and how predictive, generative, and agentic AI can help CPG organizations close long standing execution gaps in traditional trade. The conversation is included below.
Closer to home, we marked a milestone that speaks to how we build internally. For the second consecutive year, Vxceed has been certified as a Great Place to Work, with near 100% team participation, a strong signal that our people believe in the mission, the culture, and the direction we're headed.
As we move forward, our commitment remains the same: to keep innovating, to keep learning from the field, and to keep raising the bar on what intelligent execution looks like.

Here's what we changed under the hood to make that reliability real at scale.
At Vxceed, innovation is a continuous discipline of building, refining, and strengthening systems that must perform reliably in complex, high velocity environments.
Throughout 2025, that discipline shaped how we evolved Lighthouse 3.0, we reworked the execution layer, streamlined workflows, expanded offline mobility, and enhanced the intelligence engine that supports planning, routing, and daily market execution with a clear focus on scale, performance, and usability.
This year, we partnered with Slalom Consulting and AWS to build an AI-powered "Loyalty Selling Story" solution that helps field teams deliver consistent, personalized loyalty conversations at scale. It addresses a persistent industry issue, that Retailer loyalty programs are often complex and historically see low uptake.
One customer saw a 30% increase in enrolment within weeks, reinforcing what we see repeatedly: thoughtful, execution-led design delivers measurable outcomes.

Upgrades shouldn't slow selling. When a distribution platform change is executed properly, field teams keep operating, distributors keep moving product, and the business improves without disruption. Here's how Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages HCCB described their Lighthouse 3.0 upgrade:
"Our recent distribution platform upgrade (Lighthouse from Vxceed), executed in partnership with Vxceed, was seamless and disruption-free across our nationwide network of 2,200 distributors. Their structured approach, strong coordination, and deep understanding of our operations ensured a smooth transition. Lighthouse 3.0 is technologically robust, enriched with feature enhancements to meet the evolving needs of our sales teams and distribution partners. Its future-ready architecture positions us to respond with agility to emerging market challenges. This upgrade strengthens our digital foundation and enhances the way we serve customers every day"
Yoginder Grewal
CIO, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB)
"Innovation is not a milestone for us, it is the rhythm of how Vxceed continues to move forward."
— Cyril Ovely, CTO, Vxceed
Here's what this meant operationally for customers in the field.
As markets evolve rapidly, one operational truth stands out: superior outcomes come from tight synchronization between strategy and execution, especially in dynamic FMCG secondary sales and distribution networks. Lighthouse is built to drive that synchronization at scale.
Across 2025, we saw the last mile become the decisive arena where plans either convert into performance or break down. Omnichannel shifts, consolidating distributors, and fragmented consumer paths have increased execution volatility, while the realities of urban congestion and rural reach make resilience non-negotiable.
In this environment, Lighthouse has evolved beyond basic automation and visibility. It is increasingly a market shaping execution engine integrating AI to optimize routes, nudge last mile behaviours in real time, sense demand shifts, and enable more personalized retailer engagement. Operationally, this translates into stronger availability, less waste, and more consistent execution across wide, distributed networks.
We are also deliberate about how AI is introduced. In emerging market conditions imperfect data, diverse terrains, high variability, AI must prioritize domain expertise over hype and deliver reliable precision that field teams and distributors can trust. This is where the industry is heading AI enabled supply chain and execution practices that reduce cost and improve responsiveness (for example, through more precise sensing of demand spikes).
Looking ahead, the organizations that pull away will treat execution as a strategic asset, building contextaware, pressure tested systems grounded in real market mechanics: AI/ML driven forecasting, smarter TPM, contextual budgeting, meaningful controls on trade spend, and intelligent commerce platforms that align daily actions with long term goals.
For us at Vxceed, this has been a year of purposeful innovation and critical breakthroughs helping customers reimagine success as the landscape evolves. We remain committed to embracing change and pursuing new opportunities.

Continuous evolution is part of our DNA. Here's what we've been working on:
Continuous evolution is part of our DNA. Here are five capabilities we've shipped to help you execute smarter across the entire distribution chain.
A smarter way to replenish: AI now predicts exactly what each distributor needs every day, reducing stockouts, excess inventory, and the manual effort behind primary order planning.
Field execution doesn't have to be reactive anymore. Live AI signals now flag stockouts, route gaps, and competitor moves the moment they surface—so you can fix issues before they hit your numbers.
Loyalty gets an upgrade. This unified engine rewards the behaviours that truly grow sales availability, freshness, coverage while automating payouts across SFA, DMS, and van sales.
Routes that plan themselves. Every morning, AI generates the most cost efficient delivery sequence based on real orders, priorities, and constraints cutting wasted kilometres and improving service reliability.
Van loading becomes intelligent, not instinctive. AI now recommends the ideal SKU mix for every route, reducing reloads, expiries, and lost sales, all with the same vans and the same teams.
What these upgrades signal about execution in 2026.
Every transformation in this industry begins with one shift: expectations. Retailers expect simplicity. Distributors expect clarity. Field teams expect tools that move as fast as their markets do. And increasingly, brands expect technology that not only reports reality but improves it.
Across conversations with customers, partners, and leadership teams, one theme is becoming louder: performance is the new digitization.
2026 will belong to CPG organisations that treat execution as a strategic capability, not an operational function where intelligence guides every route, every replenishment, and every on ground action.
Four shifts are accelerating across traditional trade and secondary distribution and each one is changing what "good execution" looks like in 2026.
Most brands already have ordering tools. The gap is consistent usage and the winning move is driving the right behaviours: self-ordering, accurate stock updates, digital claims, and data first decisions.
Fixed routes and intuition led planning are losing steam. Leaders are moving to data led coverage, dynamic routing, and portfolio prioritization based on outlet potential, not legacy beats.
Distributors are being assessed on execution, data accuracy, credit hygiene, and retail relationships, pushing brands to standardize KPIs and enable guided workflows across the network.
Van sales is becoming a mobile warehouse + visibility + retailer engagement touchpoint, upgraded with AI guided load planning, upsell nudges, digital order capture, and loyalty hooks.
If the trends above are the "why", these stories show the "how" execution transformation looks like when it's operational, measurable, and adopted on the ground.
At Vxceed, this is the future we are building towards a world where distribution moves with precision, markets become predictable, and teams operate with confidence every day, in every corner of the network.
Thank you for being part of this journey. Let's shape what comes next, together.
